La Sorogeeka Interiors (Aug’21-Dec’23) - Worked as a Quality Lead
- Involved in Pan India projects in collaboration with the Senior Managementto ensure smooth operations. –
- Involved in the International Projects. (5 Villa Project in Dubai, 1 International Convention Center Project in Eswatini.)
- Working In two departments. In Integrated Management Department my role primarily revolves around serving as an Internal Auditor. This entails conducting quarterly Internal Audits in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participating in the opening and closing Management Review meetings.
- Managing the entire site, including project quality planning, site execution, and continuous monitoring, from the project’s initiation to its handover.
- Thoroughly reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to approve Material Submittals (MS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and recommending/approving materials that meet the specified requirements.
- Ensuring that the projects are completed to the required quality standards while managing risks and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Delivering comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing support to empower team members and optimize their skills. – Engaging with clients/Architects/Interior Designer to apprise them of the latest advancements in the Project.
Sobha Limited (Oct’20-Aug’21) - Worked as a Sr. Engineer
- Project Name – Sobha City
- I was looking after 2 residence towers of G+18 Floors.
- Overall Project Management for Civil and Interior works.
- Scheduling, Monitoring, and Tracking of Projects.
- Vendor finalization for different works, Vendor Management
- Overseeing the design, construction and quality assurance aspects of the project.
OYO (April’19-Sep’20) - Worked as a Transformation Lead
- Auditing identified properties against predetermined standards and submitting feasibility report; devising accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property.
- Monitoring and reporting progress of the launches and the required central processes to ensure time deadlines are met.
- Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality and safety levels for Flagship properties
- Tracking PO’s and communicating with vendors for the same.
